Join ACG in Kansas City, the Paris of the Plains

Join ACG for a comprehensive regional postgraduate course in Kansas City, Missouri. Internationally known experts will explore topics in areas the gastroenterologist often faces in clinical practice and will address diagnostic and therapeutic updates. Case-based discussions with the expert faculty will occur allowing the participants to gain practical application of key learning points.

Course topics include: functional disorders, including dyspepsia, heartburn and chest pain; newer imaging technologies for the small bowel; Barrett’s dysplasia; modification of antiplatelets and anticoagulants during endoscopy; capsule endoscopy; updates on IBD therapies and serology testing in IBD; quality indicators for colonoscopy; colorectal cancer screening; nonpolyposis cancer syndromes; managing ERCP complications; pancreatic cystic lesions; managing large bile duct stones; treatments of NAFLD; hepatitis B and hepatitis C.

The program will be held at the newly renovated Hyatt Regency Crown Center, ideally located minutes from downtown and nearby theaters and dining. There is also a shopping complex connected to the hotel. You can also visit the Kansas City Zoo which will mark its 100th anniversary this year.
