Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and Dartmouth Medical School are offering a one year fellowship in advanced endoscopic procedures designed to build on the fundamentals of procedurally-basedinterventions. Following the completion of this one-year program, the Fellow is expected to have gained competency in all aspects of advanced endoscopy, including ERCP, EUS, luminal stent placement, EMR and Barrett's ablation. Fellows are expected to complete a research project resulting in a presentation at a national meeting during their fellowship. The advanced fellow will be hired as a one day a week clinical endoscopist to perform routine endoscopic procedure in our Endoscopy Suite. We are now accepting applications for July 2011. Applicants must have
completed a 3-yr residency in internal medicine and an ACGME approved fellowship in gastroenterology by June 30, 2011.
