Your health and safety remain top of mind as we prepare to gather this September in Williamsburg. We recognize the significant challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and attendees must recognize that there is no way to guarantee that attendees will not be exposed to COVID-19 and the sponsoring organizations cannot be responsible should someone become infected. ACG/VGS/ODSGNA will be guided by the science and informed by current health policy as we identify the most effective ways to meet our educational mission.
The ACG Board of Trustees met recently and made several critical decisions to support safely and responsibly convening at all upcoming ACG Meetings which, after consultation with the partnering organizations will apply for this course:
Onsite Safety Requirements at ACG/VGS/ODSGNA Regional Postgraduate Course
- COVID-19 vaccination will be required of attendees and exhibitors on site at ACG/VGS/ODSGNA Regional Postgraduate Course at the Williamsburg Lodge. We will ask you to confirm that you are fully vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated you will not be permitted to participate onsite.
- Masks will be required. Currently, following CDC guidance and requirements set forth by the Williamsburg Lodge, masking inside public spaces is required for all guests and employees, regardless of vaccination status. ACG’s Board of Trustees has decided that masks will be required for all attendees and exhibitors even in the event the current mask mandate is lifted by the Williamsburg Lodge.
We are requiring attestation that you are fully vaccinated and agree to wear a mask while in the ACG meeting area at all times when not eating or drinking. Please fill out the form below no later than Tuesday, September 7, 2021. Should you be unable or unwilling to comply with these requirements, please contact the ACG Office at 301-263-9000 for further information. Access to the course programming will be available virtually following the live program to those who are unable or choose not to attest or travel.
