The CDC says it has been a very active season for norovirus in the U.S., especially among students and cruise ship passengers. Researchers are working on a vaccine and antiviral drugs, but for now norovirus makes people contagious anywhere from three days to two weeks after illness strikes. USA TODAY (2/22)
