Wayne Reynolds of Dallas began getting regular colonoscopies at age 35, after a bleeding polyps diagnosis, but he admits he slacked off and was about a year overdue for a screening when he was diagnosed with colon cancer. Reynolds says he is not surprised by study data showing women are more likely than men to get a cancer screening.
