Study: Women who eat more fish have fewer colon polyps

Eating three servings of fish per week was associated with a 33% reduction in colon polyps among women, according to Vanderbilt University researchers who studied data on patients who underwent colonoscopies. Men included in the study who ate a lot of fish did not see the same reduction, according to the study that appeared in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Reuters (1/31)
