The Early Career Leadership Program will be offered as part of ACG’s Leadership YOU, from Friday, June 5-7, 2026, in Washington, DC, and at the Washington, DC ACG Governors’ Legislative Fly-in which will occur April 16-17, 2026.

Please note the updated letter of nomination requirement. Applicants should request nominators to complete the ACG letter of nomination form, linked here. The completed form should be submitted in place of a standard letter of nomination, fulfilling the requirement.

  • Current membership in good standing at the time of application is required. If you are NOT an ACG member in good standing, please contact ACG's membership services department for information on becoming a member: 301-263-9000 or visit: gi.org/join-acg.
  • Please indicate in what year you completed a GI fellowship program. Participants must be 1-5 years out of fellowship (completed a fellowship program between 2020 - 2025).
  • Participation in the Washington, D.C. Fly-In is mandatory for successful completion of the program. The experience includes travel to Washington, D.C. in April 2026 (April 16-17, 2026) to visit Capitol Hill with ACG Governors. Travel expenses will be covered by ACG and flight and hotel arrangements are coordinated by the College.
  • ACG will ask you to provide the name and contact information of your supervisor for survey purposes (both pre and post-course). This individual will be asked by ACG to gauge your growth as a leader over time. Information provided is fully confidential.
  • Please indicate how you learned about ECLP. This information is helpful in determining how best to recruit participants and grow the program.

    Home address and work address information are used as part of the appointment scheduling assignment process with policy makers during the Washington, D.C. Fly-In.
