What’s new here and important for clinicians?
Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy can be effective in the treatment of refractory diseases of the pouch. We noted great results with improvement in fistulae for all of our patients.
What do patients need to know?
HBO is generally very safe. Side effects are minimal.
