Search for Abstracts, Find Sessions, Build Your Itinerary

The 2016 ACG Annual Meeting and Postgraduate Course Itinerary Planner makes it easy for you to prioritize your time at the conference. Here you can search and browse the sessions and abstracts, select events to create your own personal itinerary, add outside events, and view the exhibit hall layout and choose exhibitors to visit. Once the ACG 2016 mobile app is available and you have downloaded it, your saved itinerary will sync to the app and be available on your mobile device.

  • Search or browse for conference programs.
  • Review descriptions and presenters by clicking on program titles.
  • Note programs of interest by clicking “★ Add to your plan” to add items to your itinerary.

You can access your itinerary at any time by selecting “My Plan.” As you continue to add or remove programs, your itinerary will be updated. Don’t forget to press “Save My Plan” at the top to create an account to save your itinerary.

Instructions to create and save your itinerary

When you go to the site (eventscribe.com/2016/ACG/) for the first time, please click “Save My Plan,” which is located next to “Login” on the purple bar below the meeting logo. You will need to enter your first name, last name and email address. An email will be sent to you from SupportEventScribe or SupportCadmiumCD which will provide you with an access key/password, which you can use to save and access your itinerary during future visits to the site. Anyone can view the Planner and save an itinerary, whether registered for the meeting or not.
